My husband and I began searching for a modular home in the latter part of 2004. After working with several different modular home distributors and becoming quite discouraged, we just happened to stop by LGS Homes one Saturday. We were instantly pleased, as Larry sat down with us and gave us a quote on a floor plan we wanted, as opposed to having to wait several days to have a quote prepared. It was a pleasure working with as the Sauls, Larry, BJ and Ashton.
During our building process, we were kept up to date routinely. Larry Sauls is a man of integrity, and when he says something will happen, it happens. Larry and Ashton did everything in their power to accommodate us, and the results are wonderful. We have a beautiful home, one we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We still have a few things to be completed, but we are making memories in our new home as we speak.
